Packages sound convenient, but they hide cost. You either pay for services you don't need, or you discover hidden fees after signing. Our itemised approach means you build your event line by line.
Every proposal we send includes a full cost breakdown, vendor fee pass-through details, and our coordination fee clearly separated. No bundled markups. No surprise invoices.
We hear these questions in nearly every discovery call. Answers are direct — no marketing spin.
No minimum spend. However, for events with fewer than 20 guests, our coordination fee starts at €1,200 to cover baseline planning hours. We'll tell you upfront if our service level exceeds what your event needs.
You pay vendors directly. We negotiate rates, review contracts, and manage scheduling — but we never hold your vendor funds. Our fee is separate and clearly marked on every invoice.
Absolutely. Day-of direction is a standalone component. We'll need a planning handoff meeting at least three weeks before the event, but you handle everything else. It's our most requested single-component service.
We re-quote affected components only. If your guest count jumps from 80 to 150, we'll adjust logistics and guest experience fees. Design and venue scouting stay the same unless the venue itself changes.
